The content ideas and suggestions generated by our Service ("Generated Content") are derived from Your Content. You own the Generated Content and may use it for any lawful purpose.

The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by Content on Easy Modeand protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

4. Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change our pricing with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• We use Stripe for payment processing - their terms also apply

5. Cancellation and Termination

Your Cancellation Rights

• You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings
• Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing period
• You can request deletion of all your data at any time

Our Termination Rights

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate the Service with 30 days notice
• We may immediately terminate accounts engaged in illegal activity

6. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTENT ON EASY MODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Content on Easy Mode, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
